Bluetooth Compatibility BMW
2007 BMW 328i and Sprint Treo 650 Bluetooth Compatibility?
I bought a 2007 BMW 328i with bluetooth a few months ago. After searching a phone that would work with my car, I decided on the Sprint Treo 650, since there are only four Sprint phones which are compatible with the BMW bluetooth system. I just discovered that my car will not be able to access the contacts stored in my phone. Has anyone paired their Treo with a BMW? What problems have you had? Are there other phones out there that would work with my car?
I honestly was days away from having to manually put in all the 100 contacts from my Treo in my 328xi when I came across the software updated Jetware Mobile (version 1.30). Go to http://www.jetwaremobile.com/ and install version 1.30 for Windows Mobile 5 / 6! This version corrects the conflict between parentheses between BMW and Windows Mobile. YES, all my contacts appeared in the directory of BMW, not only the speed dial entries! This was my only problem with my Treo & My 328xi. Jetware THANK U! Test evaluation to ensure that it works for you. It is good for 30 days. I think it will correct the problem with Phone Book All Windows Mobile phones and BMW bluetooth system.
