BMW Aftermarket Warranty
Filing of the recent bankruptcy of Chrysler has left some of its current product set, including the iconic sports car Dodge Viper. This vehicle First implemented in 1992, is a halo car that has been created to promote the image of the Dodge division of the company.
A homemade vehicle, the Dodge Viper has always been sold in small numbers, selling only its 25,000 th copy in 2008. Last year, Chrysler LLC announced they would try to sell the Viper in order to raise funds necessary for the company, but the announcement did not cause a buyer serious and now with bankruptcy in place, the plant of the Viper was arrested.

Eight mills Chrysler are left bankrupt which means that Fiat SpA, the buyer of Chrysler can select the assets it wants. The Viper assembly plant in Detroit was not included, which means that support for the car sports ended at least for now.
Although the Dodge Viper appear unlikely in the context of the newly restructured entity Chrysler, there is a possibility that a new buyer could step forth to claim the car. Back in 1960 when Studebaker went out of business a pair of old Studebaker dealer bought the rights to the Avanti, the company prior care model introduced some years ago. For the next two decades, the timeless Avanti was built and sold to devotees.
Taking its cues from the Avanti
Like the Avanti, the Viper could be produced by anyone that the car buyer has obtained the rights to the name, organization molds, parts, tools and everything related to cars. The new buyer is also responsible to provide replacement parts for viper existing and would probably conclude a safeguards agreement with Chrysler to cover vehicles built when the Viper was under the aegis of Dodge. The agreement could be supported by the federal government has a similar plan already in place for Chrysler.
Thus, if the Viper does not continue to live, his new owner may have nothing to do with the construction of cars, although my personal speculation is that the existing manufacturer will acquire right the Viper and produce automobiles themselves. After all, a car from Halo is just that - which reinforces the image of a brand, something the V-10, 600 hp, 560 lb-ft of torque, Viper has done successfully for Dodge.
