BMW Audio Speakers
You want the best, that's why you have chosen the BMW 325 or 325i. You've bought the aerodynamic design, the fabulous kidney-shaped grilles and distinctive four headlights. Over there are many features that are things about a BMW, but perhaps the best is the car's stereo system. There is nothing like cruising on the highway on a summer day with your songs which makes driving more of a personal concert hall, especially when your vehicle of choice is the BMW 325 or 325i. Stereo sound can be improved or wrecked based largely on the speakers you choose to use stereo system in your vehicle. High quality, 325 speakers or 325i speakers rely on woofers, tweeters and drivers of mid-range to bring you all levels of sound frequency that your music requires for audio excellence.
As you remember your science classes in school sound is transmitted by radio waves, which are produced when there are fluctuations in air pressure. The 325 speakers and 325i speakers operate under the same principles. These waves hit your eardrum, which operates as a flexible membrane, causing the diaphragm to move. These movements of the diaphragm are picked up by your brain and read as sound. In your car speakers, drivers use a diaphragm that is designed to capture different types of frequencies in air pressure that the driver reads as sound.
Smaller drivers are called tweeters. These units are designed to pick up high frequency sounds that are emitted from the bits stored on electronic media on which your song or audiobook is recorded. Higher-pitched sounds are made when rapid changes in atmospheric pressure. These rapid changes cause the diaphragm in the tweeter to vibrate rapidly, and those vibrations are translated by the speaker in the treble.
The most important drivers are known as woofers. Sounds low frequency are easily captured by the woofers. Their large size allows the diaphragm in these drivers to move slowly, which is a similar movement that sounds create low frequency slope of the wave. Woofers are not your best choice to pick up high frequency sounds, because it is harder for the diaphragm vibrate more rapidly due to the mass of the cone impeding traffic. The cone is the structure that holds the diaphragm in place, which changes the polarity of electromagnetic and permanent magnets create the air movement and vibration. Drivers Midrange range from the size of woofers and tweeters, and are therefore the perfect size to easily pick up sounds in the middle of the frequency range of sound.
