This is where the big boys really get tested.
The Nuerburgring track, affectionately called "the green hell", in Germany, where all new BMW are tested. In fact, according to company information BMW is the only car company that tests every new car he built with the constraints of the "ring".
Designed by Eichler Architekturburo, the track was originally built to increase tourism, provide jobs and show-off for the world of German engineering achievements automobile. What began in the fall of 1925 and completed in the spring of 1927, became the grueling 17.5 mile under which consists of 33 turns and 40 left turns right. The trail narrows even eight feet in some areas which makes it even harder for the car and driver.
The famous racing driver Jackie Stewart called the song "Green Hell".
Because every new BMW is pushed to its physical limits while being tested, you can always be confident that your BMW experience will be world class. In fact, BMW was the first car to open a permanent test center in "The Ring".

BMW 003 $92.4 High Quality Content by WIKIPEDIA articles The BMW 003 was an early axialflow turbojet engine produced by BMW AG in Germany during World War II. It and the Junkers Jumo 004 were the only German turbojet engines to reach production during World War II. Work had begun on the design of the BMW 003 before its contemporary, the Junkers Jumo 004 engine, but prolonged developmental problems meant that the BMW 003 entered production much later, and the aircraft projects that had been designed with it in mind were reengined with the Jumo powerplant instead. The most famous case of this was the Messerschmitt Me 262, in two of the Vseries prototypes and in the two experimental A1b aircraft, and the same was true of the Arado Ar 234 and Horten Ho 229.
