ELearning was involved? If yes, what motivated you to work through the modules? Anything you missed? What happened after the first 6 weeks? Have you felt the "we" or started to feel it? Have you thought you were really understand what are your needs? I am interested because I heard that, particularly in large companies like GE, BMW, Siemens, etc., ist integration of a very big problem!
Hmmm. . . I suggest that whatever the new community a person is fit in and require the efforts of the new person. Yes, larger communities have much time or take more effort, however, is a two-way street. My experience is that companies enlightened are better at it and it's better that employees are involved.
