Can a car dealer have to honor a price line Misprinted?
I found a 2005 BMW contained on Auto Trader for $ 13,950, with a specific stock #. The dealer is required by law to honor the prices shown on Auto Trader? They are saying that was a shell and the car is actually priced at $ 32,000. Do we have rights as consumers continue advertised prices? Brokers know CA laws and rules?
