my dad is selfish! Please help!?

I never have any clothes, I never have new shoes, my dad always says we are short money at any time I need something new! my computer, television and the cameras are low Handmer him. that has 4 cell phones, one of them an iPhone and the other a blackberry! who has a BMW convertible and a Dodge Charger, gets plastic surgery and lipo stupid and now hes getting surgery to get your man boobs removed and only makes me so mad! I can not get anything! Ive had the same clothes for 5 years and it's like I get the same 3 shirts every other day, I only have 3 pairs of shoes! not buy me anything! I do not understand! sets himself the more recent past things, but leave me and the rest of the family with nothing! by the way hes divorced my mom doesn't pay child support for me, because he and my mom made a deal that would give me money only to everything they need, but actually does when I need it! that is not poor, and makes a lot of money! What should I do?

Was obvious that he cares more about himself than any other person. You are right that is selfish. You can tell a lot about a person's portfolio. The only solution for you is for your mother to go to court to get child support reasonable. I have no idea why your mother agreed that pays you each time (if ever) he wants. It's called CHILD support mom does not support. And he is supporting you. If your mother will do nothing to make the best situation to his own attorney. Save your money or get a job and get legal help. The Court of Justice (all courts U.S.) to secure the interests of the child's best interest not the parents. Do not know if legal aid will help but worth a shot and it's free. Your parents may try to pressure to go with what has always been because they say they know best and what not. They would not say if you were not threatened by who succeeds in obtaining an opinion lawyers. If a noncustodial parent will not pay child support reasonable (and it is unreasonable for an American child with a parent who can comfortably afford to to dress appropriately for not doing so). Their only recourse is to go through the legal system because their parents obviously are not looking out for your best interest. I can only imagine the spin that you have to live under. If you are too young to get a job, I would call the law firms (who specialize family law) and see if any lawyer will take your case for free. There are plenty of jokes about lawyers, but many are parents and, in general, and attention people.
