BMW Turismo
What does it mean when the names of cars stuff like RX-7 in them?
Now I know some of them are known, as s Skyline GT-R stands for Grand Turismo Racing and some cars have names like BMW Z4 or BMW 745. What does all this stuff stand for. (I'm not saying this is that BMW Z4 but what do ALL CARS with names like these mean?).
Generally speaking, if there are letters and numbers in the name, it's just the way the company decides to list their vehicles. Some want to say something, others not. BMW for example uses Z sports cars, SUVs X, and numerical values for the other models (1, 3, 5, 6, 7 are the series and -28 or -35 represent approx () the size of the engine used).
