Motorcycles BMW Usa
General Motors (GM) has been completely transparent when it comes to new product reveals, choosing to show as much as possible on a future product before it goes into production. This gesture on the part of GM aims to strengthen the confidence of consumers and shareholders, providing evidence that the manufacturer goes in the right direction by building smaller, more fuel efficient vehicles.
Introducing the Chevrolet Cruze
One of the cars that GM will influence for years to come is the Chevrolet Cruze (pronounced Cruise) a compact car slightly larger than the Cobalt Chevrolet today. Initially, it appeared that GM would replace the Cobalt with the Cruze, but after the press in August 2008 reveal Lordstown, Ohio management has indicated that cobalt in May soldier as separate model.
Regardless of where GM is with the Cobalt, the Cruze is the car that could or undo the manufacturer when it goes on sale in Europe from spring 2009 followed by its U.S. debut a year later. Although the U.S. model, will probably offers a slightly different powertrain than the European market will see GM says the Cruze will always get at least 40 mpg on the road. Not bad for a petrol model, putting it on the territory of the diminutive Smart fortwo, while delivering a bigger and safer car.
Excellent engine, choice of means of transmission 40 + MPG Highway
GM says the Cruze will be available with 16-valve, 1.6 liter (112 hp) and 1.8 liter (140 hp) gasoline engine with variable valve timing (VVT) on both sides of the intake and exhaust. This will give the car additional power and better fuel economy while producing fewer emissions. The constructor new 2.0-liter turbo diesel, developing 150 HP will add more power sparingly even more fuel. A box of five-speed manual is standard but an optional six-speed automatic transmission complete offerings Cruze. The choice of transmission it is unusual in that it will be the first time a six-speed transmission is used in the compact car category.
Interior style is always a bit of a mystery, one that GM plans to discuss when the car is officially its debut at the Auto Salon in Paris in September 2008. Suitable for up to five occupants is likely, with an optimum capacity for four adults.
Customers will be attracted to the Cruze? It remains to be seen, but with its vaulted roof line and the coupe-like proportions, the Cruze is certainly sporty, some something missing from most cars its size.
Look for the Chevrolet Cruze 2011 to appear in North America Chevy showrooms summer 2010.

An aircraft engine manufacturer during World War I, BMW was forced to diversify after the Treaty of Versailles banned the German air force and German aircraft manufacture. Models include the F650ST Strada, F650 Funduro, F650GS and F650GS Dakar. They were the first singlecylinder motorcycles from BMW since the R27, as well as the first chain driven motorcycles from BMW. The BMW F650 Funduro and F650ST Strada were introduced to Europe in 1993 and to the United States in 1997, where they sold at an MSRP of US7,498. The bikes were jointly designed by BMW and Aprilia, who launched their model as the Pegaso. The BMW bikes, which were built in Italy by Aprilia, were powered by an Austrian 652 cc single cylinder Rotax engine. It was the first BMW motorcycle with chain drive. There were two variants: the F650 Funduro was a dual purpose bike, and the F650ST Strada had a smaller 18 inch front wheel and was intended for street use. Both models used two 33 mm Mikuni carburetors.
