What parts of a standard car are edible?
I am writing my thesis on how to survive if you are stranded on the side of the road. I need to know which parts of a car are edible.
Just joined this Q & A today. Talk about a Saturday slow night. You can eat any part of a car as you can get in your mouth, but probably will kill you. But take a look. Metal - No, cannot digest and use energy and oil - no, toxic antifreeze - No, poisonous rubber (tires) - No, poisonous carpet - No, most plastic food under the seat front - perhaps vinyl - No ... maybe headlining - No ... perhaps plastic - No, cannot digest glass - No, cannot digest rubber stamps - no, cannot digest gas - no, poisonous foam seat - not leather - dont think so cardboard in the door panels - maybe the air filter - without Some cars have the wood on the inside - maybe edible paper is edible - not much support, but most cars have manual. Some clothes can be edible Well maybe there are few. Even water is needed and the only source water would be drinkable water in the container of the windshield. Sorry, no real answers, but maybe some tips on what to look for.
