Why everyone should buy a Chevy Traverse on a Buick Enclave?
The Buick Enclave is certainly one of the most stylish SUV I have never seen, and plan to buy. Aesthetically it has much more advantages for her size comparable German models (Audi Q7, BMW X5, Mercedes GL and VW Touareg) and Japanese brand (Lexus LX). What sense does it make to GM now introduce the Chevrolet Traverse. It looks like a bare-bones Enclave.
Price. Styling. Not everyone can afford a Buick Enclave and not everyone likes all the chrome that comes on the Buick Enclave. The same goes for the GMC Acadia. For these people, there's the Chevrolet Traverse. This interpretation of the GM mini-van. Buick Enclave in competition with luxury crossover / SUVs like the ones you mentioned and he beats them. Chevrolet Traverse in competition with regular crossover / SUV 's like Honda Pilot, Toyota Highlander, Ford Flex, etc. The two vehicles compete in two market segments completely different. If a vehicle does not make sense, I would say that GMC Acadia, because it does not match the profile of the brand (Professional Grade) and it competes with some Enclave (luxury crossover SUV) all over with the new Denali trim.
