However, days of service in which a replacement vehicle was provided does not count the number total days the vehicle was in the repair shop.
Keep in mind that even if you do not fall into any category above under the state lemon law, you may have a case under the Uniform Commercial Code or federal law lemon. These laws have a more relaxed standard overcome, however, the remedy will generally not be a redemption of your vehicle, but a form of cash compensation and, possibly, attorney's fees and costs. You can always get rid of the vehicle if you wish, using the allowance for losses, however, the manufacturer will not take it back.
