Can a Visa credit card reverse charges?
Can a Visa credit card (Visa BMW) reverse the charges? I bought a TV online and received faulty, the shop refused to give me a refund and allow me to exchange it if I pay again once I return the defective TV, they will send me a replacement (I would pay for shipping on both), but I do not think most them and want a refund, can a company credit cards have these charges reversed?
Yep. Call the company credit card and explain the situation to them. They will review your application and pay fees. Been there, done that.
